If you cannot see the login box at the left your Java machine, the program that runs the Chat Rooms, is not installed. To download the proper Java machine for your computer please visit:

At most pages of the site, at the top right corner of the page, you will see this image of the Rainbows Bridge Gate with numbers on it. What this is telling you is how many people are on the same page you are on and how many people are on that part of the site you are visiting, Petloss or Pethealth. By right clicking the image a list of all visitors will pop up. You will be able to IM anyone on the List as well as go to the Chat Room associated with that that list.

If you cannot see the image above while at the site and/or not able to use the chat rooms your machine is not running java, which is needed to use the chat rooms. Please download and install the java program suited for your machine from here:

What else is new at the site ?
 

An improved Guardian Area:

Remember, you must always click the "Apply My Changes" button once you are done selecting or writing anything new for your baby's residency. The "Apply My Changes" button is located towards the bottom of the Guardian area page.

Rainbow Resident Photo Albums:
You can create a photo album, with captions, for your baby's residency while at the guardian area for visitors to view while at the residency. Just scroll down to the "Photo Album" section of the guardian area select the photos you want from your machine, add a caption and click the update button.
 

Music:

You can add the music you want played when you or visitors come to visit your baby's residency. Visit your Baby's Guardian area to select the music you want.

Misplaced your Guardian information:

Your computer crashed and you lost your password or confirmation number? Just click the "Forgot Guardian Information" button at the Guardian area home page and the info will be sent to your email address immediately.
 

Selecting new items at the residency Guardian area:

Next time you enter your Baby's guardian area to care for the residency, click the "Show Images" link under each of the selections and icons of the items will be shown that you can checkmark to add to the residency. Click "All Images" to see all the available selections at once. No need to hold down the CTRL key while clicking your items and guessing what the item will look like.
 

And...

Just below the residency image you will see your Baby's expiration date and a link to renew the residency.

If you have not yet added your Baby's breed you can now do so when you enter your Baby's guardian area.

For those Guardians who have more than one Baby at the Bridge, you can add a link to each other by selecting your Babies names that will be listed at the guardian area.

The new Petloss, Pethealth and Pets With Cancer Forums are very user friendly.

Monday Candlelighting Ceremony:

Each Monday evening there will be a Candlelighting Ceremony in honor of those Babies that have made the journey to the Bridge ahead of us. You are invited to list your Baby at each weeks ceremony where you can have a photo of your Baby beside the listing with a flickering candle. A Candlelight Chat will be available for each Monday's ceremony.
