Dear Annie, I remember when we rescued you and you came to join our family. You were so sad and I was afraid that you'd never feel at home, never smile, never kiss. It took a lot of time and patience, but once you felt comfortable, you completely took over everything. I miss your face, your smile and your kisses so much, and I still see your ears blowing in the wind, though you're not here. In my head, I know it was time for you to go, but my heart still cries. I love you. For Annie's visitors, Kari passed away a little while ago and is with Annie and Remi. She will be missed by many humans and many four-legged critters.
