Memories of ikaika Kenyon

ikaika was 12 years old. he had cancer real bad. we put him to sleep at 230 today . we operated on him twice in a year to keep him alive but it finaly caught up with him. such a lovley boy. he has slept next to me every night since he was a puppy. 12 years. i am going to miss him more than i can tell you.my heart is broken.we have seven more dogs. i like to call them my boys.he was a food hound. when my wife tani was cooking he would stand in the kitchen and look at the floor to see if anything fell.he would sit next to me when i ate and do the same thing.he was also so proud of his bone. when me or my wife would come home he would run around to find his bone and and greet us with his tail wagging and his butt wiggeling.he also liked spit. i dont know how many people do this but someone told me giving your pet spit bonds you more. he would come up to me and put his face to me and wait for me to give him his daily dose of spit. all my dogs do this also. might sound gross to some people but if you try it you will find that your baby will love it.i dont know what else to say except that its a great loss to us and we will never forget him. now he is at rainbow bridge with his older brother alii kenyon who passed away on 11/13/04 . check out his memorial. i love my pets and i show them every day that i do. i kiss them when i leave home and also when i come home. love your pets you never know when they will be gone.also please visit his brothers alii kenyon 11/13/2004 and kekoa kenyon 12/22/2009 Please also visit alii kenyon, kekoa and makoa kane.
