Memories of Mick
| Mick, If ever there was a perfect dog, you were it. Your were gentle but tough. I always could count on you to protect me but also cheer me up when I was feeling down. You were almost indestructible. At age 11 you were pulling me on my roller blades faster and farther than our neighbor's 2 year old Mastiff. I miss you greeting me at the door and charging to the front of the house when I yelled "intruder alert!" I miss how you would purr when I rubbed your ears. I miss watching you gallop through an open field like a stallion. Above all, I miss your unconditional love. Mick, you were never supposed to die. - Ryan |
