Memories of Minnie

Minnie loved every person and every animal that came into her life. She has shared in all our happy occasions with our children and grandchildren. When she was a puppy, Minnie would jump up high and try to bite your nose! She would take turns playing with each one of her toys and loved pulling out the squeeky part. I think she may have eaten the part, but I was never able to make her squeek! She loved food and always waited for a taste of my cooking. Once she pulled a little bag of M&M's out of my purse, opened it up and ate them. I never found the evidence until days later when I went looking for the candy. Thank goodness it never made her ill. Minnie slept in our bed and had to be up close and touching me. She made the cutest sounds while sleeping. Her touch and sounds always soothed me to sleep. I miss them so much. My Minnie just gave up her fight against Lymphoma. She and I both knew it was that time. Her passing was peaceful and painless. Her wonderful nature deserved only that.
