"Neko" A Golden Retriever A Perfect Companion, A Perfect Friend, Such A Part of Our Lives. He Was Admitted In To The Emergency Room On July 13, 2003 He Was Diagnosed With Canine Pancrintitus / Infection of The Pancreas. He Underwent (5) Hours of Emergency Surgery on Monday July 14, 2003 The First Week He Was Doing Well, And Was Ready To Come Home But Unfortunately On Sunday Night July 20, 2003 He Took A Turn For The Worst and The Infection Returned He Was No Longer Responding To The Medication and His Kidneys Were Failing. On July 23, 2003 Wednesday Morning The Doctors Made One Last Attempt To Save Him In A Second Emergency Surgery, We Did Everything We Could. At 2:07 On July 23, 2003 Neko Gave In To His Illness Just (5) Weeks Short of His 13th Birthday For Those Of You Who Knew Him...Loved Him "Neko" We Will Always Love Him And Miss Him "Neko" August 31, 1990 - to - July 23, 2003 UPDATE: 3/12/2005 It Has Been Almost Two Years Now... And I Do Not Think There Has been A Day Gone By Without Us Thinking Of You... We Still Love You and Miss You. "Neko" We Got You Message A "RAINBOW" Over our New Home When We Moved In So We Know You Often Come To Visit Mommy Says Hi. I Guess You Know That We Have Golden Retrievers Again "Nekolette" "Casper" and The Newest Addition "Shelby' I Felt You Were There When She Was Born Watching Over Her. Also "Nikita" The Big Bernses That You would have been Fond Of. But If Tears Could Build Us A Ladder We Would Come Visit You At Rainbows Bridge. We Still Love You And Will Never Forget. April 10, 2007 Neko, There is Not A Day That Goes By That Mommy & Daddy Don't Think Of You.... We Still Miss You Greatly, But Know That Someday We Will See Each Other Again. So What Do You Think Of Our New Family Of Dogs...(4) I know You Think We Are Nuts But You Started It...They Remind Us Of You A Whole Lotta Love Marty & Rene
