Memories of Roxanne

Jumping up in the bed and sleeping with us with her head on the pillow and blankets pulled up. Pulling the sled in the snow for Melissa and Jennifer to have loads of fun. Jumping in the pool for a swim with the family. Running the hills in Amherst and then jumping in the pond for a swim. The day she stopped traffic on Brook Road, and the police followed her home (Doobie and Raine caused that)! Always eating leftovers. Always expected a treat when anybody entered the house. Helping haul limbs out of the yard and into the woods. Barking and keeping the rif raf out of the neighborhood. Laying on the porch for hours, catching the sun, and counting cars :) Walking with me through the garden, and never stepping on a plant! Following us everywhere, and never needed a fence or a leach. Watching out for Mom, and stepping out of her way when she walked through the house on walker. Hating storms!
