| Festus--you literally grabbed my heart the first time I saw you at the shelter. I knew that you would not be able to live with me, but I knew you would be loved and cared for by the people who took you in. I fostered you from that day on, through the years, through the tragic time, and to your final earthly home. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I knew you, and you have given me and so many others the joy of knowing such a special little guy. Bright blessings to you as you cross the Bridge, my friend, and know that I will love you forever. |
