You came to us a little, furry red ball You drove us crazy but we loved you You whimpered all night and cuddled in our bed You drove us crazy but we loved you You grew into a beautiful apricot colored teddybear And you loved to play non-stop with your brothers You grabbed my scrunchie off my hair You drove us crazy but we loved you You pranced on hind legs to let us know you wanted to ride in the family car You drove us crazy but we loved you You did your corky smile when you greeted us and did a nutty circle dance You drove us crazy but we loved you You'd run away and we would call you back-- you ran back with the elegance of a raindeer You drove us crazy but we loved you You would greet us at the front yard all perched up and proper You drove us crazy but we loved you And in the end our hearts would break--- but we will always love you!!! |
