Amore the Love

| Amore was a Long Haired Black & White cat with the most beautiful eyes and adoring personality. Her paw prints melted and imprinted my heart the day I brought her home and gave her a bath. She was found in a raccoon hole and 3 adult men heard noise and thought it was a really large animal coming from the tires. All of a sudden out of the blue charging up straight was a greasy, dirty cat looking for food at their feet. Stunned at what was happening they all fell to the ground and backed up, funny as it may sound it is true she scared all all three of the men to back down the alley. One man gently called her and brought her a can of cat food and was his friend for life. Following him around the garage, on motors, boxes and tools. It was then he got up the courage to tell me he found a cat, not knowing we were the luckiest mommy & daddy in the world to end up with her. I came and picked her up and brought her home. Washed the little darling and she sparkled like a diamond in a ring. Her beautiful green eyes, her fur so long and soft. She was such a love I named her Amore. During our years, she has made me laugh and comfort me anytime we were together. She adapted to anything and everyone, she was my little angel. An angel that came from heaven and left her wings in the sky. My Amore lived to 22 years old and just passed on in November 27th 2010. We spent many hours and days together trying to get her well with her medicine and then her wings came falling down to take her away from me so she can fly again freely not in pain or discomfort. We both knew when it was time and we kissed & said goodnight. She looked at me and I could see she loved me, her emerald eyes closed and I know she was dreaming of jumping through the clouds in the sky to look down on me forever. |
