doogie

| I was 10 years old when I got my brand new puppy. I loved this pup more than any thing in this world he was my baby. I rember that when he dot excited he would "pee". And he just recenrly stoped doing that. We had these neighbors that were my best friend and they had dogs named sophie that was my old dog and buddy that was old and lazy. Well we had a puppy wedding between my dog doogie and their pom. After about a year we moved to a house with a bigger yard and we got a four wheeler. Now you would think this dashound wouldnt be able to keep up with this four wheeler but you would be wrong. Doogie would chase it going 30mph for about 2 hours before he got tired. And he loved us more than anything. If me and mymom were arguing he would be right there next to me. And if my dad went to go mess around with me he was on attack mode. And he could fetch better than most labrador retrivers. One of his favorite things in the morning though was to ride down to the bus stop with me. But one morning I woke up and he chewed up his dog bed and I yelled at him and told him he was a very bad dog. So he didn't go to the bus stop with me. I had a normal day at school but when I got picked up at the bus stop and my dad had tears in his eyes I knew something bad happend to doogie. I guess he had been hit by a car that day and he didn't make it. Now I could see my dads dog that took of every single day getting hit or my cat getting hit but not my baby doogie. So the next day my mom went out to get me a new dog to keep my mind off doogie but just the fact that that was not doogie made it so much worse. |
