I wake up every morning And every morning you're still gone I go to sleep every evening And every evening it's still all wrong I'm so sorry you had to leave me And that I had to do my part I don't know how I continue on Since I no longer have my heart Our time together was way too brief It was over in the blink of an eye I pray you felt all my love for you It continues on and is as boundless as the sky I wish I could spend some time with you But, I know that is not to be So right now I'll carry you in my heart Until the day when I am also set free Then everything will all make sense And we'll be together once again My heart will return as tears of joy flow And I'll no longer have to ask the question "When?"
