My little Katie was a cairn Terrier, I rescued her at the tender age of eleven years old intending to have her medical issues taken care of and then to find her a really good home,only she decided this one was good enough for her. She stayed for four wonderful years, then after some serous seizures the vet said it was time to say goodnight to her,she was my smile in the morning and my prayer at night, how can I ever resign myself to not having her little body to cuddle and love, is there someone out there with words of comfort besides ,adjust and get over it? |
